I went ahead and added a couple more free educational games to the Google Chrome Web App Store today:

It appears to be very simple to add new apps to the store. The interface is easy to use, and the requirements are little else than a manifest.json file, and html file, the .swf, some icons (125×125, 24×24, 16×16) and at least one screenshot. You can also price the apps for sale, but since these are such simple, old titles with Mochi ads, I don’t think that is appropriate right now.
